POLL SHOWS ERIC SIDDALL AS STRONGEST CANDIDATE TO DEFEAT GEORGE GASCÓN

FM3 Poll Memo Spotlights Data Showing Competitiveness of Immediate Past Vice President of Assn. for Deputy District Attorneys in March and November Elections

LOS ANGELES, CA — Serving as the latest evidence of the strength of his effort to defeat failed incumbent District Attorney George Gascón, today Deputy District Attorney and Immediate Past Vice President of the Association for Deputy District Attorneys (ADDA) EricSiddall's campaign released a poll memo which illustrates his competitiveness in both the primary election as well as a hypothetical head-to-head matchup in November with the incumbent.

Conducted by FM3, one of the most respected opinion research firms in California, the multi-modal survey took place October 18-23, 2023 among 634 Los Angeles County voters likely to cast a ballot in the March 2024 Primary Election. Notably, FM3 has conducted opinion research for three of the five current members of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

According to the memo, "The survey finds that in a crowded field of unknown challengers, Prosecutor Eric Siddall stands out as a strong contender... Among the rest of the field, EricSiddall is the only candidate who is able to increase his level of support beyond single digits after voters received statements of similar length that provided positive information about each candidate."

FM3 added, "Eric Siddall is a strong general election candidate who would likely defeat George Gascón in a head-to-head matchup."
